On days like today i feel like my life has little or no purpose, its pissing down outside so we sit in our living room watching endless American sitcoms whilst arguing about who 'put this shit on', an argument which is usually inconclusive when we all give up and wallow in front of it anyway. oh and chain smoking, despite the fact i have to get up and go to the door for this its become a disgustingly habitual part of the day.
Last night we actually managed to move from the sofa to do something other than go to uni, we went all the way to Exeter in fact to see the Cribs. The gig was ok although it did nothing to shake my conviction that all cribs songs sound pretty much the same, despite this i got to jump around for an hour or so which is never bad. I actually preferred the support which was Adam Green of moldy peaches fame, he was a coked up mess but was oh sooo good. In fact i think i may find an album or two now in homage to the great man.
Oh and the above photo has nothing to do with this post other than the fact it was taken in said living room. Apparently i look like some evil pigface character from the n64 game with the fox? my housemate knows how to flatter.
