I fully think September could be the new august for festivals, decent ones at least. Offset was a treat last weekend despite all the calamities involving female related tiredness,lost phones, jailbate girls and flying headbutts. Good shoes were amazing(despite the fact they over promoted their new album which no ones heard yet), bombay bicycle club were average and futureheads were shit, still a good time was had by all. My personal highlight of the weekend being a wasted 'mandingo' Bevell taking the piss out of everything and everyone he saw, kids got class.
Anyways continueing the theme of sick festivals me and bevell are off to bestival tommorow with a line up that includes Massive attack,kraftwork,passion pit,fleet foxes,seasick steve,the horrors,friendly fires and golden silvers you know its gonna be a good ole time. Add this to the fact its space themed and we're staying in isle of wight zoo for a couple of days before and its a recipe for an amazing weekend. Needless to say this blog is gonna get rejected even more than usual for the next week or so.
