Been listening to the first datsuns album recently, its really really good takes me back a fair way i think i was like 12 or 13 when it came out don't reckon i appreciated it all that much back then though. I often wonder what happened to them, they've had four albums but nothing since comes close to the first, i intended to say something profound about first albums always being the best but my mind is already seizing up from doing nothing apart from drink recently, guess i need some stimulation of some kind.
on another note i finally got to hear 'the weekend isn't over' by Bloc Party and all i have to say is that their should definitely be an album between weekend in the city and intimacy.amazing.
